1.0—GrimDAO Purpose

The GrimDAO is being created to secure the long term growth of the Grim Syndicate project while also enabling Grim Holders to have a say in its direction.

The Grim DAO will provide a framework for taking community ideas from concept to implementation, financial and operational oversight, as well as a democratic mechanism for voting.

It is also recognized that the number of Grim Holders (and thus voting members) may fluctuate between 1–10,000 voting members.

2.0—GrimDAO Structure

The GrimDAO will be organized into the following distinct categories:

• ETA Board
• Organizational Departments
  1. Ministry of the Interior (1 paid role)
  2. Ministry of Growth (3 paid roles)
  3. Ministry of Finance & Oversight (1 paid role)
  4. Ministry of Legislation (1 paid role)
  5. Ministry of Art (2 paid roles)
• Realm Guardians (Mod Team)

2.1—ETA Board

Roles and Duties:

The ETA Board will be responsible for:

• Setting the long term vision of the Grim Syndicate
• Top level Treasury management and disbursement of funds
• The overall governance and management of the organizational departments
• Final fiduciary responsibility, and treasury management for the GrimDAO
